Based on the APPI Appeal Letter Number: 238 / APPI / SWI-SSI / V / 20 in the context of anticipating and preventing misuse by irresponsible persons on behalf of PT ORIX Indonesia Finance in offering a restructuring program, then through this announcement, we inform you as follows:

1. PT ORIX Indonesia Finance has never notified or offered the process of application a restructuring through a Short Message (SMS) or other electronic message, and the process of application a restructuring is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. PT ORIX Indonesia Finance has never issued proof of payment or receipts in any electronic form to debtors as a payment evidence.
3. To all debtors of PT ORIX Indonesia Finance are encouraged to be more careful and not provoked by any party's offer related to the restructuring process.
4. Submission of a restructuring at PT ORIX Indonesia Finance is submitted only through our Marketing Officer as described in the company's official website.
