A good understanding of financial management is the first step in building a more stable financial future. In order to support the improvement of financial literacy in Indonesia, PT ORIX Indonesia Finance (ORIF), which operates under the supervision of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), actively conducts financial education programs for the community.

 

On November 3-7, 2025, Tarumanagara University held a Campus Job Fair, and ORIF participated as one of the companies involved. During the event, ORIF was present to provide insights into career development opportunities and introduce the financing industry to visitors. The event was attended by many students, both from within Tarumanagara University and from other institutions that also participated.

 

In addition to presenting booths for visitors, ORIF was also given the opportunity by the campus to deliver an introductory session on the world of financing. On this occasion, ORIF representatives explained the important role of financing companies in supporting economic activities, the products and services offered, and career opportunities available to young talents.

 

 

The literacy activity was delivered by Mr. Ade Vidonta Ginting, Deputy Head of the Human Resource Division at ORIF, who was also the keynote speaker. In his presentation, he provided a comprehensive overview of financing companies, ranging from their definition, types of financing activities, benefits, to the fundamental differences between financing companies and banks.

 

 

Through this educational and interactive session, participants gained a more comprehensive understanding of the financing industry and the opportunities to contribute to a sector that continues to grow and is relevant to the needs of society and the business world.
